Vero Beach Interlude - Florida, USA
Vero Beach, FL Arrival: 12/12/03 2:00pm Departure: Trip Odometer:1051.0 ICW Mile Marker: 951.7	In Vero Beach to take a short break. I will visit friends, see a client, and get my outboard ready. Vero Beach is very boater friendly, with a free bus service and nice facilities. Sutton, Quebec, Canada Arrival: 1/3/04 Departure: 1/10/04	I flew up to Sutton (in Quebec, Canada) for my annual ski week. Quite a switch from warm Florida to freezing Canada. The weather varied, starting off fairly warm, then snowing, then the temperature dropped to 20 degrees below 0. But a good time was had by all (well maybe not by Jennifer, who tried to rearrange a mogul with her face....) - but I am ready to return to the boat and get moving. This is what you look like when you ski in 20 degrees below zero. You might not realize it, but those fashonible blue ski bibs are actually West Marine foulies!!
